Wiley Rein’s Cynthia Galvez to Begin LCLD’s 2019 ‘Pathfinder’ Program
Washington, DC — Cynthia C. Galvez, an associate in Wiley Rein LLP’s International Trade Practice, has been selected to be a member of the 2019 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders, and will begin the program this month. The seven-month program offers an exclusive training curriculum for early-career attorneys.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program, now in its fourth year, brings together high-potential attorneys from preeminent organizations for in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows in small group gatherings. These sessions focus on foundational leadership skills, professional network and relationship building skills, and career development strategies.
Ms. Galvez represents clients in a wide range of international trade matters, including customs law and international trade litigation (such as antidumping and countervailing duty cases). She has provided advice to clients in diverse industries, including steel products, footwear, consumer electronics, and lawn and garden products. As a former law clerk at the U.S. Court of International Trade, she brings a unique perspective to her practice. Ms. Galvez, a certified Legal Lean Sigma Institute (LLSI) White Belt, uses the LLSI process and project management tools to continually improve the value proposition the firm delivers to its clients.
